Shipping and Returns
Shipping within Australia
Postage and handling is $10 Australia wide. Express shipping (Australia Post) is $12. Standard shipping is either by Fastway couriers or Australia Post if you are outside the Fastway delivery zones. Express shipping is via Express Post and is generally a next day delivery to most areas across Australia. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days if in stock. Once shipped you will be sent notification via e-mail along with a tracking number and the method of shipping. Once an order has been dispatched Mijanou is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel. For mor information please visit www.auspost.com.au.
International Shipping Charges
Postage is by standard international post and is $15 worldwide. We also have an express international courier option if you need your order fast (2-4 day delivery worldwide) which is $25.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days if in stock. Once shipped you will be sent notification by e-mail along with a tracking number and the method of shipping. Standard international orders are sent via Australia post Pack and Track service with delivery generally between 3-10 business days. This service has tracking online. This service is not available to all countries including UAE among others. Parcels sent to these countries are sent via registered post which has no online tracking but has signature on delivery. For standard shipping of parcels to the UAE we require a PO BOX address otherwise it will most likely be returned to us . Also for UAE we do recommend the express courier shipping option which has tracking and signature on delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched Mijanou is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
Customs and Duties
Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge . Mijanou Swimwear do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.
We are happy to exchange your item(s) for other size,colour or style however we do not give refunds. Items will only be exchanged if the returned garments still have tags still attached and are in original condition as in not worn,soiled,washed or damaged.
If you wish to exchange your garment please notify us within 3 days of delivery of your intention to return and we will provide you with a shipping address. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The return of the garment to us is at your own expense however we will ship the replacement at our own cost. Limit of one exchange per customer. This applies for both Australian and International customers.
All garments are quality checked before leaving our premises but in the unlikely event that a garment is damaged please contact us immediately to discuss a return to email@example.com.
One More Thing
For international orders please be patient if you are in the outer zones of the Australia Postal system (please see www.auspost.com.au for more info on international zones) as delivery can take a bit longer. If you are concerned about time frame for delivery we suggest choosing the express courier option which we subsidise the cost of for your benefit. Once shipped we do not have any control over the postal system , the delivery time frames, any unforseen delays or any losses incurred by shipping services.
